  • Do I have to sign a contract or are there any commitments?

    No. There are no commitments. You can select 1 day all the way up to 30 days. If you want to cancel, just notify us via email 36 hours prior to your next delivery date.

  • What if I’m not home for delivery?

    If you know you will not be home for your scheduled delivery, just give us a call and we’ll find a custom solution. If we attempt delivery and nobody is there, we will bring the box back to our coolers to ensure quality and you can pick it up there.

  • What if I have a food allergy or am concerned about a specific Core Box or Meal Plan?

    We will always make sure your safety is first. On every order page is a special comments section to notify us of any specific allergies of any kind.

  • How will my food stay cold?

    Our boxes go straight from the coolers into specially lined travel bags designed to keep food cold. We deliver twice a week only to the OKC metro area to ensure absolute freshness.
